Check if inherited?

Hi all,

i search a method to check if the "checkbox"(inheritance) in access rights ( of modules or projects) is true or false.

Something like getInherit() or isInherited()

Item parentItem

if(itemType == "Formal")
{
    Accessrec ar
    for ar in all parentItem do 
    {
        bool(isInherit)
        {
            isAccessInherited(parentItem, isInherit)
        }
        if(isInherit)
        {
